Honkai Star Rail: Huohuo Release Date, Abilities, Eidolons

Huohuo is an upcoming 5-star Abundance character in Honkai Star Rail who is expected to arrive in patch 1.5 or later. Part of her kit was leaked earlier this year and players who do not have a 5-star healer are excitedly waiting for her release. Her kit revolves around restoring energy, buffing allies and healing them. If you do not have a strong healer like Luocha, she might be worth saving for. Here’s what we know of Huohuo’s release date, abilities and eidolons so far.

Who is Huohuo in Honkai Star Rail?

Huohuo is a five-star Wind character who treads on the Path of Abundance. She is a member of the Ten-Lords Commission in the Xianzhou Luofu. 

When will Huohuo release in Honkai Star Rail?

Huohuo is expected to arrive in patch 1.5 or later so you can expect to see her banner around the end of 2023 or early-2024. 

Honkai Star Rail: Huohuo Abilities

Skill: Soul Talisman: Life-saving Protection – Instantly heals a single ally for a significant amount of HP, and heals adjacent allies for a smaller amount of HP.

Ultimate: Tail: Exorcising Ghosts and Summoning Spirits Restores energy to all allies except for Huohuo, and increase the ATK of all allies for 2 turns.

Talent: Attachment: Qi Channels Open to the Heavens. After using a skill, Huohuo gains “Fate Protection” or “Spiritual Efficacy”. While active, each ally restores HP or energy at the start of each turn, respectively, and the effects are removed after triggering 10 times.

Technique: Fierce Demon: Opressing and Subduing Evil Spirits. Huohuo intimidates surrounding enemies, causing them to flee in the opposite direction. After attacking, enemies in the “Dispersed Soul” state have their ATK decreased.

Honkai Star Rail: Huohuo Eidolons

Huohuo is still early in development and while the names of her Eidolons have leaked, the effects are unknown. She is expected to arrive at the end of 2023 or early next-year in patch 1.5 or 1.6 so it might take a while until we get more information about her kit.
